First Aid for the Mind Program- Teen Specific

This program aims to connect participants with resources and links to mental health services. Resources and links in this section will be targeted at teens (13 +).

With the COVID 19 pandemic changing our way of life as we know it times can become stressful and distressing. This platform will give you not only contacts to services but useful links to activities to engage our emotions and learn how to deal with them.

Black Dog Institute’s BITE BACK is the very first online positive psychology program designed to improve the overall wellbeing and resilience of young Australians between 13 and 16 years old.

BITE BACK is an interactive, self-guided, online learning platform, containing a range of quizzes, activities, and videos relating to concepts such as mindfulness, gratitude and strengths.

The BRAVE Program

This 10 part interactive online series gives you the chance t work through topics at your own pace. This free program provides both children and teens with activities to work through their worries. There are programs for children from 3 years of age through to 17 years.
