Our Services 

As a vital service in our community for more than 30 years we have a rapport like no other with our community members, families and visitors. Along with the services listed below we often just lend a listening ear or provide a safe space for vulnerable community members to seek help. Our staff will always help as much as they can. 

We offer our community a variety of services including but not limited to the following:

  • Information and referral to services: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm

  • Emergency Relief: Tuesdays, 10am to 3pm, by appointment only, call 4971 1229 for appointment

  • Tax Help: From July through to October

  • JP Services: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm 

  • SecondBite Food Program: Tuesday to Friday, from 9.30am 

  • OzHarvest and Food Hampers: Wednesday to Friday 

  • Freecycle Program: Donation-run program, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm. Please note donations can be dropped off from Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 3.30pm

  • Administrative support: photocopying, emails, help with online platforms

  • Support Groups such as: 

    • Women in Recovery 
    • AA Meeting venue
    • Supported playgroups - Wednesday and Friday morning from 10am to 12noon
    • Grandparents Support Group- Craft groups
    • Art Classes
    • Recreational Classes
    • One on one short term counselling and referral
    • Support to local Landcare Groups
  • OOSH (Out of School Hours Care) Centre - Swansea. Services Swansea Public School, Blacksmiths Public School, Pelican Flat Public School & Marks Point Public School

  • OOSH (Out of School Hours Care) Centre - Caves Beach. Services Caves Beach Public School, Nords Wharf Public School & St Patricks Primary School.

  • Vacation Care centres at Swansea and Caves Beach

  • Volunteer opportunities at our social enterprise in Swansea,ARTea's Gallery and Garden

We are located in the Swansea Centre, where you will also find Lake Mac Libraries Swansea Branch and Lake Mac Tourist Information Centre.
