WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR BEFORE ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
YOU NEED TO HAVE A MYGOV ACCOUNT
- If you don't have one make sure you register at https://my.gov.au
- Know your username and password to be able to access
- Have the ATO (Tax Office) linked to your my Gov account
- A charged mobile phone for security code to be sent through to
- Last year's assessment from the Tax Office
- Your bank account details for your refund
- Your payment summary and any receipts or claimables
